Our Governing Body
Our GP members appoint the Governing Body whose role is to oversee the work of Enfield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The Governing Body ensures that the CCG functions effectively and efficiently and that decisions are made in an open and fair way.
In accordance with our Constitution, the Governing Body includes lay-members, a registered nurse, a secondary care doctor, a practice manager along with practice representatives and CCG leaders.
All members of the Governing Body are subject to a recruitment process to establish that they meet the essential requirements of the role.
We are committed to being an open and transparent organisation. To ensure any decision the Governing Body makes is not conflicted with any interests they may have, the CCG has a number of processes and procedures in place. Please see the conflicts of interest page for further details.
Governing Body meetings
The Governing Body meets regularly and members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings and ask questions.
Dates of our forthcoming Governing Body meetings, as well as archived meeting agendas and papers, are also published.
