Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) strategy

Transforming Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Enfield

In March 2015 the Government published Future in Mind – Promoting, protecting and improving our children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.  The report sets out a national ambition to improve mental health services for children and young people, and each CCG area was required to submit a Local Transformation Plan.  Our first plan was submitted in October 2015, and was the result of close engagement with partners including children and young people, and their parents and carers.  The plan detailed our local commitment to implementing the Future in Mind vision, and the October 2017 refresh of the plan can be found in the download area.

The Enfield Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Local Transformation Plan was updated in October 2018 and will be published on Enfield CCG’s website, once it has been approved by the local Health & Well-being Board.
