NHS Continuing Healthcare Funding
What is continuing healthcare funding?
NHS continuing healthcare means a package of ongoing care that is arranged and funded solely by the NHS where the individual has been found to have a ‘primary health need’ as set out in The National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care November 2012 (Revised).
Information about continuing healthcare funding can be found in the NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care public information leaflet and in the easy read book 'What is NHS Continuing Healthcare?'.
