Seven day primary care access service evaluation report published

Enfield CCG has completed an evaluation report to highlight patient experience and key findings collated from the first six months of the seven day primary care access service.

The service offers GP and practice nurse appointments at three primary care access hubs on weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays to all patients registered with a GP practice in Enfield.

Report findings indicate that patient satisfaction rates are high, with 91% of patients who completed a survey were positive about their experience. Ninety four per cent of patients reported that their appointment time was convenient. The main users of the service were between 25 – 54 years of age and were in full-time or part-time paid work or full-time education.
